Scramble eggs

Here's a quick and easy recipe for scrambled eggs:

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream (optional for creaminess)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • Optional add-ins: cheese, herbs, diced vegetables, or cooked bacon/ham

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the eggs: In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk (if using), salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined and slightly frothy.

  2. Heat the pan: In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter or heat the oil over medium-low heat.

  3. Add the eggs: Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Let it sit for a few seconds without stirring to allow it to set slightly.
